BOOKING POLICY
We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our clients. To ensure a smooth and easy booking process, we have established the following guidelines for reserving classes.

BOOKING PROCESS
1. All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system available on our website.
2. Classes can be booked up to 30 days in advance to secure your preferred time and instructor.
CLASS AVAILABILITY
1. Each class has a maximum number of participants to ensure personalised attention is provided along with a comfortable environment.
2. Once a class reaches capacity, you can join a waitlist. If a space becomes available, you will be notified via email or SMS. You will have 2 hours to confirm your attendance and secure the space.
PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your space.
2. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. Please check that all details are correct.
LATE ARRIVALS
1. All classes begin promptly at their scheduled times. Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to check in, set up, and participate in the warm-up.
2. A 5-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After this time, entry may be denied to avoid class disruption, and the session will be marked as a no-show.
PACKAGES AND MEMBERSHIPS
1. Class packages and memberships are only valid for the length of time stated at booking. Expired packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Reform Yourself Pilates, we value your commitment to your fitness and wellness journey and endeavour to provide the best experience for all our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate our clients while maintaining the quality of our classes.
We kindly ask all clients to familiarise themselves with the following guidelines to avoid any inconvenience. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated and allows us to continue delivering exceptional service and support to our Pilates community.
By booking a session, package or signing up for a membership with Reform Yourself Pilates, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
1. Early Cancellation: If you can no longer attend a booked class, clients may cancel or reschedule a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. A full refund or class credit will be returned to your account for future bookings.
2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with 12 hours of the class start time will be charged the full class fee. No refund or credit will be issued.
3. No-Shows: If you do not attend a class and have not cancelled in advance, the full class fee will be charged, and no credit or refund will be provided. Please note, clients with excessive no-shows may face restrictions on future bookings.
PACKAGE AND MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
1. Classes purchased as part of a package or membership will adhere to the same cancellation rules. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a deduction from your class package or membership balance.
2. Expired packages are non-refundable and cannot be extended, except in the case of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time during the last 2 weeks of the billing cycle and will be valid for use until the end of the month.
4. 3-month membership plans can be cancelled anytime during the last 2 weeks of the third month in your current membership cycle. To pause your membership, please contact us at reform@yourselfpilates.co.uk.
STUDIO CANCELLATIONS
1. In the rare event that the studio must cancel a class, you will receive a full class credit to your account or the option for a refund.
2. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability and clients will be notified as soon as possible.
PRIVATE GROUPS AND 1:1 BOOKINGS
Private groups and 1:1 sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Cancellations for workshops or special events must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge, and no-shows will be charged the full fee.
HOW TO CANCEL
Cancellations can be made through our online booking system, or by sending us a direct message.
Our policy ensures that all clients have fair access to our classes and that we can effectively manage our schedules. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation.
