  • The Pilates reformer is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment. Its unique system, which looks like a bed with springs and incorporates a sliding carriage, ropes and pulleys.

    In addition, the use of a Reformer allows people with limited range of movement or injuries to safely do modified exercises.

  • Our classes are ideal if you’re new to Pilates and haven’t exercised in a while. Whilst a basic level of fitness is helpful, it is not essential. Our classes can be set up to suit the specific needs of a wide group of people: from beginners to those more advanced.

  • Full toe-covering socks are required for any reformer equipment class, these are to avoid your feet slipping while on the reformer.

    However, don’t worry as the Pilates Reformer Studio can provide non-slip quality socks can be purchased at the studio.

  • We offer flexible options to fit your schedule and goals!

    Memberships: Choose a monthly plan with a set number of classes.

    Packages: Purchase 4, 8, 12 or unlimited class packages and use them during a specified period.

  • We recommend starting with 2-3 classes per week for noticeable improvements in strength, flexibility, and posture.

  • Each class at the Pilates Reformer Studio will build your core muscles as well as focus on your breathing, flexibility and strength.

    Each person in the class will be working on a separate Reformer – there are five reformers in the studio, giving you an intimate experience.

  • If you're pregnant, we recommend checking with your doctor first before booking a class.

    With medical approval, Pilates can be a great way to maintain strength, flexibility, and posture during pregnancy.

    Be sure to inform your instructor so they can modify exercises to ensure your safety and comfort.

  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know in advance to avoid being charged.
